  Some might think we’re out of our gourd for making a pumpkin ale, but our Pumpkin Down is not like the others. The caramel and toffee maltiness of our Piper Down Scottish ale is the perfect backdrop for a boatload of roasted pumpkin. Just before bottling, we add a subtle amount of spice to complement, but not overwhelm, the earthy flavor. It was a smash at the brewery, and we think you’ll agree.

We dry-hop the Indian Brown Ale in a similar fashion to our 60 Minute IPA and 90 Minute IPA. This beer is brewed with Aromatic barley and organic brown sugar.

59 California Cider : Ace Pumpkin Cider Sebastopol : California 5.0 Cider
  We first made this cider three years ago in 2010. It has become extremely popular since then. We add cinnamon, cloves and allspice to fermented apple juice to produce a 5 per cent cider which tastes like pumpkin pie. It is orange in color with a full rich taste that makes you want more….we carbonate the cider, cold- filter it four times before we bottle and keg it.
     
60 California Cider : Ace Joker Cider Sebastopol : CA 6.9 Cider
  Our Ace Joker is our driest cider yet and is made from 100% apple juice; it has champagne characteristics, a bit yeasty with a 6.9% ABV. It has won many awards and recently took the 2013 San Diego Cider and Beer Festival by storm!

  This is really the first one that we tried combinations of fruit, such as raspberry, black currant and cherry to make its own unique and complex flavor that is sure to set it above the rest.
     
62 Cigar City : Hornswoggled (Pints Only) Tampa : Florida 5.0 Irish Red Ale
  A perennial favorite made even better through nitro dispense, Hornswoggled with a base recipe of a full bodied Irish-style Red Ale. After adding orange peel and vanilla, white oak spirals are added to the beer to impart subtle coconut and vanilla qualities, after which we nitrogenate the beer to add fullness of body and temper hop bitterness.
